Raised in South Haven, Michigan, Pastor Ron Simmons ministerial experience is vast and widely traveled. He served as Director of Teen Challenge, and a missionary to Indonesia. Prior to the Simmons arrival in Monroe, he served as Senior Pastor of First Assembly in San Jose, California for 15 years. He has been Senior Pastor of Monroe Faith Center for 10 years. He and his wife Bonnie have two daughters and five grandchildren. He believes the church is here to serve the community and the valley at large, and envisions Monroe Faith Center as part of the larger Body of Christ in Monroe and a partner with other churches to reach the valley.

Pastor Pepper serves as a part time associate to Pastor Simmons.  His primary roles include Children’s Ministry, Worship Ministry, and Outreach events.  Along with the ministry at Faith Center, Pastor Sam attends college and drives a school bus for Monroe School District.  Pastor Pepper and his wife Kirsten are the parents of Timothy.
